Hiring a Business Development Manager(Remote)!
At Truly Blu Company, we are seeking a Business Development Manager where you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and customer needs
· Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities
·Utilize sales techniques and strategies to effectively engage and convert leads into customers
·Utilize software tools such as Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decision-makers within target companies
·Create and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches
·Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with clients
·Explore new markets and geographies for business expansion
·Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

·Proven experience in the field of Business Development or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years
·Strong knowledge and experience in outreach, cold calling, and market research
·Proficiency in utilizing software tools such as Sales Navigator or similar CRM platforms
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills having fluency in English
·Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
·Comfortable to work from 3pm to 12 am (Pakistan Time)
·Location-Remote
