Description:
• Coordinating with employees to receive new requests for vehicles.
• Coordinating with carfleet vendor to address new car additions, and user queries, and manage escalations.
• Sourcing temp cars from vendors and verifying usage for HR review and approval.
• Raising Purchase Orders/PRFs, and booking GRs after aligning with multiple stakeholders like HR and F&A.
• Tracking details of all vehicles, raising requests for new vehicles timely and tracking their delivery timings.
• Tracking cheque payments for vehicles, tracking and storing all vehicle documents.
• Tracking the use of temporary vehicles and verifying vendor invoicing.
• Coordinating with vendor on all maintenance queries
Qualification Required: Bachelor (BBA, B.Com, BA)
Experience: 02 to 03 Years (Fleet Management)
