Job Summary:
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by proactively engaging with Large Modern Trade (LMT) outlets within and outside Karachi. Your primary responsibilities will include activating non-productive LMTs, ensuring recovery as per LMT criteria, and driving productivity across all LMTs and Independent Modern Trades (IMTs). This dynamic role demands a results-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and a strategic approach to corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Activation:
Visit all LMTs within Karachi and beyond to activate new outlets, particularly those currently non-productive.
Strategically identify and approach potential LMT partners to expand market presence.
Recovery Management:
Ensure recovery meets LMT criteria, implementing effective strategies to optimize sales performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with LMT partners to enhance collaboration and recovery efforts.
Productivity Enhancement:
Work closely with LMTs and IMTs to maximize productivity and sales performance.
Implement innovative sales techniques and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of Proven experience in corporate sales, particularly in the FMCG industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets within a dynamic sales environment.
