We're seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward.
Role Overview:
As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within our HR department. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around data management, talent acquisition, maintaining staff attendance records, and organizing employee filing systems. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in these areas and possess a strong understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain accurate staff attendance records using our systems and tools.
-Oversee and organize employee filing systems, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
-Utilize your talent acquisition skills to assist in the recruitment and selection process.
-Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze HR-related data for decision-making purposes.
-Support HR initiatives by providing administrative assistance and contributing to policy development.
-Assist in conducting HR-related training sessions or workshops for staff development.
Qualifications and Skills:
-BBA/MBA
-Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in data management, talent acquisition, and HR administration.
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Understanding of HR principles and practices.
