Job Description

HRSG is currently hiring for the following position for IT Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Workstation / Printers / Video Conference Services Support and Troubleshooting
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology.

Qualification: BSCS/BS-IT
Experience: 2-to-3 as IT Support Engineer
