We are looking for a Purchasing Manager.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Drive the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the key procurement categories in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders to achieve cost savings, process efficiencies, and supplier performance improvements.
-Develop deep knowledge of purchasing needs, expectations, priorities, and goals of companywide stakeholders to drive relevant and cost-effective purchasing solutions.
-Participate in the company budget creation by identifying and quantifying purchasing savings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.
Build and effectively maintain relationships within all organizational levels, including the C-Suite and assure alignment between business priorities and achievement of overall savings targets
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and establish long-term partnerships that drive value and innovation.
-Continuously monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to stay at the forefront of indirect procurement excellence.
Education:
BBA/MBA -Supply Chain Management
Experience:
5 to 6 years experience (FMCG)
