Fast Group is looking for Talent Management Lead for Head office Lahore.

Job Description

Developed and implemented a Talent acquisition strategy.
Crafted Employee engagement strategy and retention plan.
Focused on building effective sourcing strategies to attract a strong candidate pool.
Managed 360-degree recruitment for all technical and non-technical positions.
Provided support to HR Operations team where and when required.
Actively participated in all HR policy review meetings and provided recommendations.
Designed and executed Recruitment Strategy for assembly lines/factories project.
Exclusively handled payroll compliance for all new projects.
Liaison between Regional and Central management for all HR compliance-related matters.
Conducted orientation for all new hires.
