Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to design and deploy IT projects, solutions, and products as per the technology needs and seek customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure the prompt technical support of all products and services to our customers efficiently.

Design and implement information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization initiatives, outcomes and benefits.

Guide and educate IT team on new technologies and identify opportunities for team training and development.

Ensure the IT department meets company standards and the ability to build a healthy, positive & efficient department environment.

Please note that it is mandatory that the candidate has experience with IT solution providing company (IT Vendor side experience).

Required Skills:

Solid working knowledge of Enterprise Network, Server Virtualization/HCI/VDI, Storage Servers.

Relevant Experience: 6 years of experience in Information Technology field.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
