Job Description

We are currently hiring for the following position Training & Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Develop tailored training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge across departments.
Assess team performance, identify skill gaps, and create personalized development plans.
Execute channel training to align partners with company goals and product understanding.
Collaborate on marketing events, training teams for effective brand representation.
Provide continuous mentorship and coaching to team members.
Maintain detailed training records and generate progress reports.

Qualifications: BBA/MBA in HR
